An optional preview pane at the bottom of the screen shows more details of any highlighted service order. A pop-up menu allows you to quickly re-assign a service order to any other technician. Next Day/Previous Day buttons allow you to easily review calls for surrounding days and the Multi-Day grid displays technician totals of scheduled hours for a 30-day time period.
