The Graphical Dispatch Board shows each technician, the number of calls assigned, the
service order numbers, and the priority assigned to each service order as well as all
unassigned service orders. An optional preview pane at the bottom of the screen shows
more detail of any highlighted service order. A pop-up menu allows you to quickly
re-assign a service order to another technician. Next Day/Previous Day buttons
allow you to easily review calls for surrounding days and the Multi-Day grid
displays technician totals of scheduled hours for a 30 day time period.
