SouthWare Assembly (BOM) and Work Order System

SouthWare Excellence Series Assembly Work Order System is a bill of materials (BOM) and work order system. This new module is a multi-layer Bill of Material (BOM) system that also generates and tracks the Work Orders to do the assembly work.

SouthWare's new Assembly Work Order system does multi-layer BOM processing. It is tightly integrated with Order Entry, so that orders for assembled items can be accommodated and tracked. Orders for assembled items automatically generate the sub-assembly work orders and reserve the components necessary.

With Assemblies Work Order System, you can:

  • Automatically create sub-assembly work orders and reserve stock for items for which you take orders.
