This type of information is also captured for vendors and employees. It should be noted that all of this information can be kept in history for up to 5 years. Most of the data is captured automatically as a by-product of the transactions going through the system. For customers the system establishes a "partnership rating" based on a scoring system that ranks how well each customer helps in reaching planned goals.
